IMPORTANT: Vendor Requirements
Truth Music Fest, in collaboration with our valued sponsorship partners, aims to establish this festival as a celebrated annual tradition where locals can indulge in the vibrant sounds and flavors of Truth Music. We expect attendance to exceed 1,500 participants.
Exhibitors and vendors will enhance the experience, adding depth to the cultural fabric of Truth Music Fest and the Elon, North Carolina community.
1. APPLICATION PROCESS:
Submitting this application does not ensure acceptance. Applicants are required to complete a vendor application and provide photos of the products they wish to sell. No applications will be considered without the necessary forms, photos, and fee. If your application is not approved, your payment will remain unprocessed and will be returned to you. Please note that once accepted as a vendor, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
The application deadline is June 1, 2026, or until all spaces are filled. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
Confirmation will be sent via email upon approval and receipt of payment.
2. PRODUCTS:
We retain the right to eliminate any work that has not undergone screening, is subpar in quality, or is deemed inappropriate.
Our objective is to ensure a high-quality experience for both vendors and the public. To prevent duplication, vendors offering similar items will be limited.
3. FOOD:
Food encompasses any consumable item—including food, beverages, baked goods, candy, and more—whether packaged or unpackaged, that can be enjoyed on-site. Only vendors with proper authorization are permitted to sell food; any unauthorized vendors will be prohibited from operating.
ALL FOOD STALLS AND FOOD TRUCKS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE INSURANCE and secure the necessary permits as mandated by the governing authorities of Caswell County. For more information, visit https://www.caswellnc.us/environmental-health (Temporary Food Vendor Application for festivals, carnivals, etc.)
VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE GRASS.
4. ELECTRICITY
Electricity is limited, generators are allowed.
5. LOCATION & DATES:
The Truth Music Festival will take place at 540 Boone Road | Elon, NC 27244. The event is scheduled for Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 1 PM to 9 PM EST.
Vendors are required to bring all essential equipment, including displays, tents, tables, chairs, and weather protection, as no structures will be provided. For your own benefit, it is advisable to use a tent to shield against the elements. only two staff memebrs per vendor. additional stall must pay adult entry to the venue.
6. SPACE ASSIGNMENTS:
All approved vendors will receive a designated space ahead of time. Our staff will be available to assist with any inquiries you may have. Please ensure your tents are secured. Should you require additional space beyond the provided 10x10 retail booths or 10x20 food stalls, feel free to coordinate with the TMF Admin staff for more options.
7. SET UP:
From 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST, you are required to prepare your space. All utility vehicles must vacate the festival area by 12 Noon EST. If you arrive later than this time, your designated space may not be accessible. Setup is prohibited once the event has commenced.
Please unload your vehicle at your designated area and promptly park it in the specified parking zone before returning to finalize your setup.
